Home built single photon counting fluorimeter with laser facilities

Home built, OPO laser based single photon counting fluorimeter which is currently being updated for correlation microscopy, fluorescence lifetime imaging and femtosecond laser applications such as the pump-and-probe method.

The establishment of the correlation microscopy and fluorescence lifetime imaging system is funded by a GVOP grant (grant number: GVOP-3.1.1.-2004-05-0339/3.0).
